Welcome to the Tootie Application (hereinafter “Application”). By using this Application, you acknowledge that you have read this legal notice and you undertake to comply with it. The purpose of this legal notice is to inform you of the intellectual property rights that must be respected. The content of this legal notice may change; we therefore invite you to read it regularly.

  1. Purpose of the Application

This Application is the property of the company RATP Développement, a public limited company with €53,246,742 of share capital whose registered office is located at 54, quai de la Rapée LAC LA 30, 75012 Paris and which is registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number 389 795 006 (hereinafter “ Company ”).   

The Application is a conversational tourist guide that makes use of artificial intelligence. With this technology, users can obtain historical information, personalised recommendations or help with getting around, all in real time and tailored to your geolocation.

 

 

  1. Les droits protégés - Propriété intellectuelle

Items making up this Application developed by or on behalf of the Company (hereinafter “Content”) are protected by the applicable legislation concerning copyright, trademarks, industrial design rights and unfair competition.

Content includes architecture, graphic identity (including colours, typefaces and graphic organisation of screens) and all information and items available in the Application, such as text, articles, photographs, illustrations, images, trademarks and logos, data, databases and all sound (such as voices, music or sound effects) and fixed or animated visuals (such as graphic animations or audiovisual sequences), specific software developments, downloadable programs.

Content is the property of the Company or its technical service providers.

All reproduction, representation, dissemination and/or operation of all or part of the Content, by any means, in any form and for any purpose whatsoever, is prohibited without the Company’s express prior written permission. In any event, and subject to the foregoing, the source (this Application and the Company) and, where applicable, the name of the author must be clearly indicated.

Any person who does not comply with the applicable legal provisions shall be guilty of the offence of forgery and shall be liable to the criminal penalties stipulated by law, without prejudice to any other remedy available to the Company.

The Company excludes all guarantees of any kind in relation to Content, including all guarantees of fitness for a particular use, ownership and non-infringement. The Company also excludes any liability whatsoever for direct or indirect, secondary or consequential harm or loss of data or profits resulting from or connected with the use or operation of this Application and Content.

In addition, the Application may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes and updates are regularly made to this Application. In this regard, the Company reserves the right to make any changes, corrections or changes at any time.

This Application contains links which enable you to leave the Application. These links are provided for your convenience only, and do not imply any approval or endorsement of such websites by the Company. Target sites are not under the Company’s control, and the latter has no responsibility whatsoever for the content of such sites, links that they contain, products or services that they offer, or changes or updates that are made to them.

This Application makes use of open-source artificial intelligence to provide immediate responses to users’ oral questions. Artificial intelligence can produce inaccurate, incomplete or erroneous responses, which are commonly called “ hallucinations ”. Therefore:

  • Generated responses are provided for information purposes only and must not under any circumstances be interpreted as professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
  • The developer declines all responsibility for decisions or actions taken on the basis of information generated by artificial intelligence.
  • Users are invited to check all information provided by the Application before using or trusting it.

By using this Application, you acknowledge that you have been informed of these limitations and accept sole responsibility for your use of the service.
