Dear customers,

Due to a demonstration, our 6-République stop will not be served until the end of the service this Saturday, July 20th

Our stops n°3 "Musée du Louvre", n°4 "Notre -Dame",  n°5 "Les Halles -Centre Pompidou" and n°12 " Eiffel Tower" are currently not served because of  the Olympic Games.

Our meeting point for the Tour, Paris by Night, during the Games, changes until July 28th included. Now it is located at 11, rue Auber, 75009 Paris. Meeting from 8.40 pm for a departure at 9.00 pm.

This wednesday 24th july, our service will exceptionnally end at 1.30pm. Our last complete tour will leave from our stop n°1 Auber : 11 rue Auber at 11.30am.

Due to the Olympic Games, our services will not be operating on Friday 26 july and Saturday 27 July.

How long does the tour last?
Tour durations vary:
•    Paris Discovery, Summer Sightseeing: About 2.5 hours.
•    Paris By Night, Taste of the Games: About 1.5 hours.
•    Kids Tour for the Olympics: About 1 hour.

Are there frequent stops where I can hop on and off?
Yes, our buses have frequent stops. You can hop on and off as many times as you like. Check the Tootbus app or our product pages for more details.


Is the bus accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, our buses are equipped with accessibility ramps and dedicated spaces on the lower deck.


Are the commentaries available in my language?
Commentaries are available in 10 languages: English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, and Dutch. They are accessible on the bus and through the Tootbus app.


Do you accept groups on board?
Yes, we accept groups. You can make individual reservations on our website or contact our customer service for specific group requests.

Will the buses operate every day? 

 

The city of Paris has already closed access to traffic on certain days. Tootbus will not be able to operate at all on the following dates due to these restrictions: July 14, 15, 26, and 27, as well as August 2, 3, 4 and 10.

There are other closure dates that vary depending on the circuits and options chosen. Here are the details by route and option as of today:

 

Discovering Paris, Capital of the Games:

This product has 3 different options: hop-on hop-off bus only, bus + Versailles, and bus + Vedettes de Paris cruise, with varying closure dates:

  • Hop-on hop-off bus tour: The streets of Paris will be reserved for Olympic events on certain days. Therefore, the bus will not operate, and the option for Versailles will also not be bookable on these dates:
    • July: 14, 15, 24 (service will end at 1.30pm), 26, 27
    • August: 2, 3, 4, 10, 28
  • Bus tour and Vedettes de Paris cruise option: Vedettes de Paris will not be able to navigate the Seine to make way for athletes, so the option will not be bookable on these dates:
    • July: 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27
    • August: 2, 3, 4, 10, 28

Paris by Night, Around the Games:

  • July: 14, 15, 24, 26, 27
  • August: 2, 3, 4, 10

Kids Tour (only on Saturdays):

  • July: 27

What are the safety protocols in place during the Olympics?
For safety reasons, no luggage is accepted on board our buses.


Can I bring my luggage on board?

Are the buses air-conditioned?
Our buses are not air-conditioned. We recommend checking the weather before your visit and dressing accordingly.
