Return transport to Versailles
Your round-trip transport between Paris and Versailles is operated by our partner, Origami. Please note that this is not an open-top bus, but a white coach branded Origami.
The Palace
Your entrance ticket to the Palace of Versailles includes access to the Palace, its Gardens, the Park and the estate of Trianon including the "Grand Trianon", the "Petit Trianon" and the Queen's Hamlet. Please note that the estate of Trianon is open only from 12:30 pm.
The Origami bus will drop you off at the parking "Place des Armes" right in front of the Palace. You may use the A Entrance to access the Palace. After the mandatory security check, you can begin your visit freely.
Good to know! There is a 30 mins walk in between the Palace and the return meeting point.
Audio guide
Download the “Palace of Versailles” app on your smartphone or tablet to access the audio guide. It works offline and includes an interactive map of the Estate.

How to collect your tickets
You'll receive your entrance ticket to the Palace of Versailles when boarding the Origami bus to Versailles.
Free Cancelation
You can change or cancel your ticket for free of charge up to 72 hour before the tour date.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure time. Boarding closes 5 minutes before departure.

Please strictly respect the return meeting time. Being on time is your responsibility. In case of delay, the return to Paris will be at your own expense and will not be refundable.
If you decide not to take the return transfer, it will not be refundable and you must inform our customer service in advance.
If you have booked the first departure in the morning, it is not possible to take the return transfer on the second departure of the day.
The shuttle service Paris-Versailles-Paris is not wheelchair accessible.
