Travel with peace of mind! At Tootbus, we know that plans can change. That’s why we’ve made our exchange and cancellation process as simple and stress-free as possible.


How much notice do I need to cancel or modify? 

We strive to give you the best worry-free experience. That’s why you can modify or cancel your reservation by reaching out to our customer service team (via our online form) at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure.

 

How do I change my date, tour type, or number of guests? 

Looking to reschedule or try a different experience? Our team is here to help you find the perfect fit!

We will update your booking directly, so there’s no need to cancel or purchase a new ticket. Just contact us, and we’ll take care of the rest. 

 

Is my booking refundable if I cancel?

Of course! If you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Beyond this window, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team regarding any exceptional circumstances (force majeure); we will review your request with the utmost care.

Once your request is approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days. This timing may vary depending on your bank or the payment method used.

 

Can I give my ticket to someone else without updating the personal details (name, email...)? 

Absolutely! Our tickets are non-nominal, meaning the name on the ticket doesn't have to match the person boarding. If you can't make it, feel free to pass your ticket along to a friend or family member—they can use it as is.

Just make sure the age category (adult or child) is correct for the new passenger.

 

I booked through a partner (GetYourGuide, Viator, Tiqets...), what should I do?

Your booking platform remains your dedicated point of contact. If you purchased your tickets through another site, please contact them directly for any requests: they alone have access to your booking to modify or cancel it. Their specific terms and conditions apply to your reservation.

 

What happens in case of bad weather?

Our tours run rain or shine! Our buses feature a sheltered area so you can stay protected while enjoying the view. Therefore, weather conditions do not qualify for a refund. However, we constantly monitor the situation and strictly follow all official (local and national) guidelines to ensure your safety.

Our worry-free tip: if the weather looks uncertain, you can modify or cancel your visit free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour.

 

Can I remove someone from a group booking?

Absolutely. If someone in your party can’t join, just contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will cancel only their spot and issue the corresponding refund to your account.

 

For a smooth departure👌

In the event of a last-minute unforeseen circumstance, we unfortunately cannot refund tickets that were not used or cancelled within the required timeframe.

Our tip: be sure to double-check your schedule and arrive a little early so you don't miss the departure!
