Can I change or cancel my purchase?
Here at Tootbus, we strive to give you the best worry-free experience. Our Hop-on hop-off tickets are both flexible and refundable free of charge during all the validity period (6 months after purchase).If your purchase is for a dated &/or timed themed tour, those can be modified free of charge until the day before the date initially scheduled for the tour. If the price of the new ticket is higher, you will have to pay the fare difference.
If I cancel my purchase, will I be refunded?
All Hop-on hop-off tickets purchases are refundable (6 months after the purchase). However, if the ticket is for a dated &/or timed themed tour, those are refundable up to 24 hours prior to the original tour date.
In the case of a force majeure emergency, please contact our customer service.
Can I change my tour?
If you wish to change your tour, please contact our customer service for the cancellation of your ticket and buy a new one for the desired tour.
Can I change the passengers’ information?
You do not have to change passenger information as your ticket is unassigned and valid on any other date during its entire period of validity (12 months after the purchase)
Can I change the date on my ticket?
You do not have to change the date for all Hop-on hop-off tours as your ticket is valid during its entire validity period. (12 months after the purchase)
I purchased a tour for a group, is it possible to cancel for just one person?
If you wish to add someone (adult or child) to your initial ticket, please buy an additional one for the desired tour.
If you wish to remove someone from your initial ticket, please contact our customer service for the cancellation of the ticket.
